Technical and economic comparison of selected types of nuclear power plants proposed for construction in Poland with the start-up deadline in year 2021 - a voice in the social debate on introduction of nuclear power in Poland.

The conference is not related to commercial negotiations.

Information for authors of papers :

Papers, drawn in English, should be sent to the address of the Organizing Committee - dead line: 1 February 2005.

The papers should not exceed 10 pages A4 format and should contain:

  • full author’s name (s),
  • author’s affiliation (with the institution represented be the author),
  • title of the paper,
  • key words (up to three),
  • text of the papers.

The papers should be written in MS Word 97 - 2003 or Word Perfect format, line spacing 1.5 , font height 12 pt., bordered 2.5 cm, and ought to be sent in electronic form.

All drawings should be black and white.

All pages should be numbered at the bottom.

 

Conference languages

The conference languages will be English and Polish with simultaneous interpretation between both. Conference papers will be published in English.

The conference will be held in Warsaw, 3/5 Tadeusza Czackiego str., III Floor, Room A and B (secretary’s office), from May 25th (Thursday) to 26th (Friday), 2006.

Please complete the attached Registration Form and send it by mail/fax/e-mail before 1st March, 2006. The confirmation will be sent immediately after receiving the form.

The conference fee of 450 € will cover conference proceedings and two lunches during the conference. You will be also invited by the Organizing Committee to social party on the 1th June 2006.
